ABOUT
INTRODUCTION
Common Buzzards are an original's Britpop band from Sussex. Formed in 2018, Alex Green (Lead Vocals & Guitar), Joe Parrott (Lead Guitar/Drums), and Harrison James (Bass) assembled through social media and discovered a sound that gives a firm nod to classic 90's britpop and indie with a modern twist and exuberant and infectious energy.
The three-piece, recently crowned winners of the Thame Town Music Festivals' Peoples Choice Award (2020), released their first EP called 'Super Soul' in December. It includes four songs that have been key to the band's success and progression over the last year. They've showcased their music at some of the most well-renowned venues in the south-east such as the Tunbridge Wells Forum, Hop Yard Brewing Co (Forest Row), and The Hope & Ruin (Brighton).
In the upcoming years, with the lads still at a young age, they'll hope to create a sound that will be loved and appreciated by music lovers all around the world.
